Terms & Conditions of Sale
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order. By placing an order with South Coast Flocking, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the following terms.
1. Made-to-Order Products
All gauge pods supplied by South Coast Flocking are made to order. We do not treat these products as ready-to-dispatch stock items, as each order must be manufactured to meet the customer's selected requirements.
Customers should be aware of the manufacturing lead times before placing an order.
2. Gauge Pod Manufacturing Lead Times
Our standard manufacturing lead time for gauge pods is approximately 4–6 weeks. During particularly busy periods, or when we have a high volume of orders, manufacturing may take longer than this estimated timeframe.
We always aim to complete and dispatch orders as quickly as reasonably possible while maintaining our standards of workmanship and quality.
Please note that the stated lead time is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Customers should allow additional time where necessary, particularly during periods of high demand.
3. Brake Kits and Brake Components
Orders for brake kits and brake components typically require 3–4 weeks for preparation and processing.
These timeframes are estimates and may be extended due to workload, supplier availability, parts availability or other circumstances affecting the completion of an order.
We will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed if we become aware of a significant delay.
4. Order Processing and Dispatch
Manufacturing and preparation lead times should be considered separately from any additional courier or postal delivery time.
An order confirmation does not mean that an item is immediately available for dispatch. Made-to-order products must first complete the relevant manufacturing and preparation processes.
Customers are advised to contact us before ordering if they require a product by a specific date.
5. Delays and Workload
South Coast Flocking handles orders in accordance with its current workload and production requirements. At certain times, demand may exceed our usual capacity, resulting in longer processing or manufacturing times.
We appreciate our customers' patience and understanding while we work to complete every order to the required standard.
Where a delay occurs, we will endeavour to provide an update when reasonably possible.
6. Cancellations and Returns
Because gauge pods are made to order, customers should carefully check their vehicle model, product selection, specifications and any options provided before completing a purchase.
Cancellation, return and refund requests will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law and the circumstances of the order. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to remove or restrict any rights customers have under applicable law.

7. Product Suitability and Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct product and supplying accurate information where vehicle details, fitment options or other specifications are requested.

These Terms & Conditions do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer. Where any provision of these terms conflicts with applicable law, the relevant legal requirements will take precedence.
