Here is a customer made cup holder for all mk4 escorts. Only fits drivers side unless you want to cut dash on passager side. I know people like the original look so this has been kept in mind so looks oem.
When fitting you just have to remove the plastic which sits at back of oem vent which is held in place by 1 screw.
